This would also include all non-code piping and vessels in the boiler house or plant. The contract also offers discounted rates for other services that QCCM, Inc. offers and also some free services.

 

The idea of the Maintenance Contract is to lock in rates on an annual basis so our customers always know what kind of costs are involved with maintenance work.  This service is also a back-up and supplemental to plant maintenance departments on larger projects or outages.

 

Another option for the contract is for QCCM, Inc. to qualify your plant maintenance welders under the umbrella of our “R” Stamp Program.  By doing this you are able to use your maintenance personnel to perform Code weld repairs of your ASME Boilers and Pressure Vessels.  QCCM, Inc. will maintain the program and handle all of the inspection, paperwork and certification associated with repairs and alterations of boilers, pressure vessels and B31.1 piping in accordance with the National Board of Boilers and Pressure Vessel Repair Code.
